You will have the opportunity to continue servicing your existing clients, develop new relationships and take on additional clients from retiring Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).

With a strong focus on long-term client relationships and sustainable growth, the business aims to support each Financial Planner in building a portfolio of approximately £75 million in assets under advice.

The Opportunity

  • Competitive remuneration: Initial salary dependent on experience, commercial track record and the client portfolio you can bring across.
  • Portfolio-linked earning potential: A structured remuneration model linked to the ongoing annual commission (OAC) generated by your portfolio, rewarding the growth of your client bank and recurring income.
  • Introducer fee arrangement: The opportunity to receive an introducer fee for eligible transferable client relationships, structured through a combination of cash and shares, subject to agreement.
  • Acquisition-led growth: Access to additional client relationships arising from business acquisitions and retiring advisers' client banks.

  • Long-term portfolio development: The opportunity to build towards approximately £75 million in assets under advice through a combination of existing relationships, new business and clients introduced through acquisitions.

An established, transferable client bank would be advantageous.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
