  • Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective clients throughout the advice process.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, maintaining accurate records of opportunities and conversion activity.
  • Work towards agreed commercial objectives, including new business, revenue generation and assets under management.

Financial Planning and Investment Advice

  • Deliver holistic, regulated financial advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances and objectives.
  • Advise across areas including pensions, retirement planning, ISAs, general investment accounts and tax-efficient investment strategies.
  • Explain investment solutions, portfolio considerations, risk and market movements clearly and confidently.
  • Identify opportunities to support clients' wider financial planning needs.
  • Develop appropriate recommendations and ensure advice is suitable for each client.
  • Build lasting relationships that encourage client engagement, retention and future planning opportunities.

Investment Knowledge and Client Engagement

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of investment markets, portfolio principles and available investment solutions.
  • Engage confidently with prospective clients who may have questions or concerns about investment performance and market conditions.
  • Explain investment risk, market volatility, investor behaviour and the importance of long-term financial planning.
  • Keep up to date with relevant market developments and financial planning considerations.

Compliance and Professional Standards

  • Deliver advice in accordance with FCA regulatory requirements, Consumer Duty and applicable compliance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client records and high standards of suitability documentation.
  • Ensure client interactions, recommendations and outcomes are recorded appropriately on CRM and back-office systems.
  • Work collaboratively with paraplanning, administration, compliance and client onboarding colleagues to ensure a smooth client journey.

About You

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
