Outbound B2B Telesales Representative

  • Relevante Unternehmen und Entscheidungsträger identifizieren strukturiert und kreativ
  • Eigenständige Akquise per Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn und mehr
  • Leads nach Bedarf, Relevanz und Timing qualifizieren
  • Termine für Ihre Aussendienstkollegen vereinbaren
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für Inbound, Marketing und Account Management

Ihre Persönlichkeit

Als Teamplayer können Sie unabhängig und flexibel arbeiten. Sie sollten kommunikationsstark sein, aktiv zuhören können und in der Lage sein, empathisch mit Kunden in Kontakt zu treten. Qualifikationen

  • Spezifische Sprachanforderungen: Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch, Italienisch und Schweizerdeutsch.
  • Zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Outbound oder Telesales, idealerweise B2B
  • Starke Abschlussfähigkeiten mit einem Gespür für Timing und Qualität

  • Vertrautheit mit CRM-Systemen (Zoho oder ähnlich)
