Our client is a Tier 1 seller of one of the UK's most in-demand card payment solutions. They're expanding their team of self-employed Payment Consultants and are looking for driven, people-first sales professionals to join them on the road.

The Earnings Structure is Unlike Anything Else

You're self-employed, which means your income is entirely performance-driven. But this isn't a leap into the unknown — there's a clear, transparent tiered structure that rewards you more the harder you push.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be on the road across your territory, meeting business owners face-to-face and introducing them to a card payment solution that genuinely saves them money and improves how they trade. The product is market-leading — your job is to get in front of the right people and let it do the talking.

  • Visit business owners in person across your territory
  • Generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Manage your own diary and working pattern
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Represent a premium payment brand with professionalism and confidence

The Setup

Experienced consultants — if you're already selling into retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or any business-facing sector, you can hit the ground running and start earning immediately. Many experienced reps step straight into Silver or Gold tier from day one.

Newer to field sales? Our client provides full training, ongoing mentorship and the support structure to get you to elite level within 2–3 months. You won't be thrown in at the deep end.

Either way, you're joining a proven operation with a track record of developing high earners.

This Is the Right Opportunity If You...

  • Have experience in B2B field sales — ideally selling into businesses on the high street, in hospitality, retail or similar sectors
  • Are genuinely self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Thrive in face-to-face environments and can build rapport quickly
  • Want to be rewarded directly for your effort — no politics, no salary caps
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are based in England
  • Are comfortable operating on a self-employed basis and managing your own tax affairs
