Die Rolle des Vertriebsmanagers (m/w/d) ist entscheidend für das zukünftige Wachstum unseres Kunden!

Als Vertriebsmanager sind Sie für Ihre Region verantwortlich von der Erstellung eines Vertriebsfunnels über die Pflege der Kundenbasis bis hin zur Sicherstellung der Rentabilität einzelner Parkplätze in Ihrem Gebiet. Sie setzen von Anfang an auf Kundenorientierung vom ersten Kontakt über die Planung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.

Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Kunden unseres Auftraggebers setzen Sie hohe Standards, die ihr Grundprinzip Kunde zuerst widerspiegeln. Um dies effektiv zu erreichen, arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihren Kollegen zusammen, um alle Herausforderungen schnell und effizient zu lösen.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

- Sie identifizieren und qualifizieren interessante B2B-Kunden und begeistern diese für die Produkte des Unternehmens, branchenübergreifend in Bereichen wie Einzelhandel, Gastgewerbe, Gesundheitswesen, Gewerbeparks, Immobilien, Tourismus und mehr.

- Sie gewinnen Kunden über alle Kanäle E-Mail, Telefonate, Videokonferenzen, Social Selling, Veranstaltungen usw.

- Sie beherrschen das Pipeline-Management im CRM-System.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Akquise neuer Kunden durch Teilnahme an vorab vereinbarten Vor-Ort-Terminen

- Präsentation des Unternehmens von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss

- Sicherstellung des Wachstums durch den Aufbau eines hochwertigen Vertriebsfunnels

- Erstellung von Prognosen und deren Nachverfolgung

- Identifikation von Schlüsselkunden und Qualifizierung neuer Wachstumschancen
