What You’ll Do

  • Convert high-intent buyer and seller opportunities.

  • Leverage automated nurture systems instead of chasing cold leads.
  • Build consistent production without building a 60-hour workweek.

What You Must Have

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (to be held with RGroup Realty).
  • Strong knowledge of the Tucson market (Foothills, Marana, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Central, etc.).
  • Comfort using technology daily.
  • A production mindset. This is not for hobby agents.
