Wir unterstützen dich dabei, dein Fachwissen Schritt für Schritt aufzubauen und gleichzeitig wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen im Arbeitsalltag zu sammeln. Dabei wirst du von erfahrenen Teamkolleg:innen begleitet und lernst die vielfältigen Aufgaben der Personalverrechnung direkt im Team kennen. Zusätzlich hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Kenntnisse durch eine professionelle Ausbildung im Bereich Personalverrechnung gezielt zu erweitern und eine fundierte fachliche Basis für deine weitere berufliche Entwicklung zu schaffen. Deine Aufgaben * Sicherstellung der korrekten Erfassung und Pflege aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten in unserem Payroll-System * Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Fertigstellung der Zeiterfassungen unserer Mitarbeiter:innen * Verwaltung und Erfassung von Krankenständen im Zeiterfassungssystem * Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen bei Fragen und Anliegen rund um die Zeiterfassung Dein Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (kaufmännische Lehre, Matura, HAS, HAK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung in einer administrativen Position mit * Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich bzw. in der Personalverrechnung sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung * Eine bereits absolvierte Grundausbildung in der Personalverrechnung ist ein Plus * Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und kannst dich sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich klar, professionell und serviceorientiert ausdrücken Sprachen: Deutsch - fließend, Englisch - Grundkenntnisse erforderlich Unser AngebotDas jährliche Bruttogehalt für diese Stelle beginnt bei 41.000,00 € auf Vollzeitbasis, mit einem wettbewerbsfähigen Gesamtpaket, das sich an Qualifikationen, Erfahrung und Marktwerten orientiert.
