Wir sind eine Steuerberatungskanzlei im 19.Bezirk sowie einer Zweigstelle im 5.Bezirk und insgesamt ca. 30 Mitarbeitern.

Wir betreuen ca. 600 Mandanten aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen - vom Einzelunternehmer bis zum mittelständischen Betrieb, von Start-ups bis zu etablierten Großunternehmen.

Für unseren Standort im 19. suchen wir ab sofort 1 Personalverrechner/in DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Selbständige Durchführung der termingerechten und korrekten Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für unsere vielfältigen Klienten mittels BMD NTCS

* Beratung und Betreuung von Unternehmen in lohnsteuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen

* Beratung und Bearbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Anfragen

* Analyse und Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Vorschriften im Bereich der Lohnverrechnung

* Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceleistungen

* Ansprechperson für Klienten, Behörden, Ämter und Gesundheitskasse

* Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team und partnerschaftlicher Austausch mit unseren Klienten

* Administrative Tätigkeiten vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen dem Klienten und internen Abteilungen

* Erstellung von Reports und Auswertung

* Durchführung von An/Ab- und Änderungsmeldungen

* Erstellung von Jahresmeldungen

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

* Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohnverrechnung sowie im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit im Kundenkontakt

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mind. 2 Jahre, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts

* Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Genauigkeit

* Erfahrung mit BMD von Vorteil

* Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit

* Sichere Anwendung von MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Umfangreiche IT-Kenntnisse - bei uns ist alles digital
