Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Vendas proativo, organizado e com excelente comunicação para acelerar o nosso crescimento.

🎯 O que você vai fazer (Suas principais missões): Dominar o funil: Realizar o atendimento consultivo, negociação e fechamento de orçamentos diretamente via WhatsApp. Gestão de CRM: Operar a plataforma RD Station para gerenciar leads, atualizar dados e garantir a organização do pipeline. Relacionamento estratégico: Fazer o Follow-Up ativo de orçamentos enviados, garantindo que nenhuma oportunidade seja perdida. Estratégia comercial: Participar ativamente do brainstorming e criação de novas ações e campanhas comerciais. Cultura interna: Cooperar e manter um excelente relacionamento com toda a equipe para alcançarmos juntos os objetivos do mês.

Paixão por vendas: Gostar genuinamente de vender, negociar e comemorar o atingimento de resultados. Expertise em WhatsApp: Domínio completo de técnicas de vendas e conversão utilizando o aplicativo. Bagagem com ferramentas: Experiência prática na utilização da plataforma RD Station. Comunicação afiada: Excelente escrita, clareza na fala e capacidade de criar conexões rápidas com os clientes. Soft Skills: Organização impecável, postura proativa e foco total em entregar resultados.

*Disponibilidade para trabalhar no bairro do Jardim Paulista (Zona Sul) - SP.

*Disponibilidade para trabalhar nos horários de segunda a sexta feira das 11:30h às 20:00h.

🎁 O que oferecemos:

Contrato CLT: Salário fixo R$ 2.800,00 + Comissão com expectativa de ganhos em torno de R$ 4.000,00 a R$ 6.000,00 entre fixo e variável, de acordo com a competência comercial do profissional. Vale Transporte + Vale Refeição + Vale Alimentação. Além de um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, dinâmico e focado em crescimento profissional.
