Você vai atuar em uma ótica consolidada na região, com fluxo constante de clientes e estrutura para você performar bem em vendas. Nosso foco é oferecer uma experiência de atendimento consultivo, ajudando cada pessoa a encontrar o óculos ideal para seu estilo e necessidade.

  • Atender clientes no balcão e no salão de vendas.
  • Entender necessidades e indicar armações, lentes e acessórios.
  • Apresentar condições comerciais, formas de pagamento e promoções.
  • Organizar vitrines e exposição de produtos.
  • Registrar vendas no sistema e acompanhar pedidos.
  • Fidelizar clientes e estimular indicações.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para metas coletivas de vendas.

* Disponibilidade para trabalhar nos horários de Segunda a sexta 8:00 às 18;00 HS e sábado das 8;00 às 15:00 HS.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia com vendas presenciais (varejo, comércio, serviços).
  • Boa comunicação, simpatia e postura consultiva no atendimento.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial, incluindo sábados.
  • Organização para registrar vendas e acompanhar pedidos.
  • Vontade de aprender sobre produtos ópticos (lentes, armações, tratamentos).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior em ótica ou área da saúde visual.
  • Vivência com metas e comissionamento em vendas.
  • Conhecimento básico de sistemas de vendas/PDV.
  • Habilidade em redes sociais para relacionamento com clientes.

Oferecemos salário fixo compatível com o mercado R$ 2.000,00 + comissão atrativa por vendas (com expectativa de ganhos mensais em torno de R$ 3.000,00 por mês) , para você ver seu esforço refletido no bolso.
