CONTEXTE

Au sein de notre département Multibarres, vous êtes membre d’une équipe d’environ 20 collaborateurs, vous travaillez en horaire d’équipe 2x8 dans un parc de machines S1000 et procédez aux réglages ainsi qu’à la production.

COMMENT AUREZ-VOUS UN IMPACT

  • Assurer le réglage, la mise en train et la conduite de la fabrication et de nos différentes machines S1000, conformément aux procédures en vigueur
  • Effectuer la mise en train complète de la machine tout en contrôlant la conformité des outillages, et effectuer au besoin, les corrections d’outils nécessaires
  • Réaliser la passation des consignes aux équipes relais et assurer le transfert des informations indispensables
  • Garantir de la conformité des pièces en procédant aux contrôles visuels et dimensionnels, effectuer les corrections nécessaires dans le respect des procédures
  • Participer au nettoyage et à l'entretien des équipements, des machines et des outils
  • Respecter les règles en matière de Santé et Sécurité au Travail SST
  • Utiliser les outils digitaux mis à disposition pour garantir une fabrication optimale

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Au bénéfice d’un CFC de polymécanicien, d’un CFC de mécanicien de production ou d’une formation jugée équivalente, vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans l’usinage CNC. La connaissance des machines de type S1000 serait un atout. Vous maîtrisez les outils de contrôle dimensionnel habituels, y-compris Marcel Aubert (VideoCad) et contrôle tridimensionnel (Zeiss). Rigoureux, motivé, organisé et consciencieux, vous appréciez le travail en équipe. Votre esprit analytique vous permet de détecter les dysfonctionnements et d’en assurer le suivi jusqu’à leur résolution, dans une dynamique d’amélioration constante.
