Buccellati recherche un(e) Senior Sales Associate passionné(e) par l’univers de la joaillerie et animé(e) par l’excellence du service client pour réjoindre la boutique située Rue Saint-Honoré.

Véritable ambassadeur(rice) de la Maison, vous contribuez activement au développement commercial de la boutique et à la fidélisation d’une clientèle locale et internationale exigeante, en offrant une expérience personnalisée et d’exception.

QU’ATTENDONS-NOUS DE VOUS ?

  • Développer et fidéliser une clientèle locale et internationale à fort potentiel, notamment VIP et VVIC, en construisant une relation de confiance durable et personnalisée.
  • Offrir une expérience client d’exception, depuis l’accueil jusqu’au suivi après-vente, en proposant un conseil attentif et adapté aux attentes de chaque client.
  • Contribuer activement à l’atteinte et au dépassement des objectifs commerciaux, individuels et collectifs, en développant les ventes et les opportunités de clienteling.
  • Maîtriser et transmettre le storytelling de la Maison, son histoire, son patrimoine, ses savoir-faire et les spécificités de ses créations afin d’enrichir l’expérience client.
  • Accompagner des ventes complexes et à forte valeur ajoutée, nécessitant un haut niveau de personnalisation, de conseil et un suivi client sur le long terme.
  • Contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle de la boutique, notamment au Visual Merchandising, à la gestion des pièces, aux inventaires et aux opérations quotidiennes.
  • Partager votre expertise et vos bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe, et contribuer à l’accompagnement des profils plus juniors afin de favoriser une dynamique collective d’excellence.

CORRESPONDEZ-VOUS AU PROFIL ?

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans la vente au sein de l’univers du luxe, idéalement acquise dans la joaillerie ou la haute joaillerie, et possédez une excellente maîtrise des codes de la clientèle haut de gamme.
  • Vous disposez d’une forte expertise produit et commerciale et êtes à l’aise dans l’accompagnement de ventes complexes et à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous savez créer une relation de confiance avec une clientèle exigeante et internationale, et disposez idéalement d’une expérience dans le développement et la fidélisation d’une clientèle locale à fort potentiel, VIP et VVIC.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre écoute et votre diplomatie, ainsi que pour votre capacité à incarner naturellement les valeurs et les standards d’excellence d’une Maison de luxe.
  • Enfin, votre esprit d’équipe et votre capacité à transmettre vous permettent de partager vos bonnes pratiques et d’accompagner les profils plus juniors dans leur développement.
