La Maison Alaïa est à la recherche d'un(e) :

Stage : Planning Stratégique (H/F)

Durée : 6 mois

Début : Février 2027

Description du poste

En tant que stagiaire dans l’équipe de planning stratégique, vous travaillerez auprès du Strategic Planning Project Manager, dont la mission est d’accompagner la CEO dans la gestion de projets stratégiques.

Votre rôle sera d’aider au suivi de ces projets, de produire des présentations et des analyses approfondies et de coordonner certaines initiatives clés de la Maison.

Missions principales

1. Soutien à la gestion de projets stratégiques :

  • Support à la création du plan stratégique à trois ans (projection des ventes, marges, initiatives stratégiques, etc.)
  • Suivi de l’avancement des projets stratégiques transverses
  • Organisation et participation à des comités de pilotage et réunions stratégiques

2. Planning & reporting :

  • Coordination des plannings de collection
  • Traitement et analyse des données
  • Création et mise à jour de rapports pour faciliter la remontée de données entre les différents départements et au Groupe
  • Préparation de présentations stratégiques pour la CEO à l’attention de partenaires de la Maison (bailleurs, écoles de mode, etc.)

3. Analyses stratégiques et veille :

  • Réalisation de benchmarks sur le secteur du luxe et de la mode, suivi des tendances du marché et des performances concurrentielles
  • Participation à la rédaction de recommandations stratégiques

4. Support opérationnel :

  • Coordination logistique des projets transverses
  • Gestion ponctuelle de missions ad hoc pour soutenir la CEO et son équipe

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Master de Grande Ecole de Commerce
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’industrie du luxe et de la mode
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de PowerPoint
  • Premier stage dans l’industrie du luxe et de la mode, dans une direction stratégique ou un cabinet de conseil
  • Excellentes compétences en analyse et synthèse
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens du détail et de la confidentialité
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant
  • Français et Anglais courant indispensables
