Position Summary

This role is an Associate Business Analyst within the Global Product Delivery organization, supporting SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with analyzing and translating business, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements into clear functional requirements that support compliant, high-quality ERP updates.

The Associate Business Analyst works closely with Global Tax & Regulatory, Product Management, Development, and QA teams to support requirements analysis, functional documentation, testing, and delivery activities. This role provides an opportunity to build deeper SAP or Oracle EBS expertise while contributing across the solution lifecycle, from initial research and impact assessment through testing, documentation, and deployment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing business, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements and translating them into functional system requirements for SAP or Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Support the development of business analysis documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with internal stakeholders, regulatory researchers, product teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Perform initial impact analysis to identify ERP processes, modules, configuration, reports, interfaces, or forms that may be affected by a requirement.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes and maintain traceability between requirements, solution design, and test results.
  • Support testing activities by creating test scenarios and test cases, preparing test data, executing functional tests, documenting results, and reporting defects.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to clarify requirements and help ensure delivered solutions align with approved functional designs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting client-reported issues by gathering information, reproducing issues, documenting findings, and escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Support the preparation of release notes, configuration instructions, functional guidance, and other client-facing documentation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain requirements and delivery documentation in approved collaboration and work-tracking tools.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and unclear requirements and communicate them promptly to the appropriate team members.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, reusable templates, process improvements, and business analysis best practices.
  • Work collaboratively within a virtual, global team environment and communicate effectively across functions and time zones.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous learning, and high professional standards.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
