Intro:

Du bist Zahlenprofi und denkst gleichzeitig digital? Perfekt. Bei uns gestaltest du als Financial Accountant (m/w/d) die Finanzbuchhaltung aktiv mit – effizient, modern und möglichst papierlos.

Dein Impact:

  • Kanzleibuchhaltung: Du erstellst unsere digitale Kanzlei-Buchhaltung (DATEV Kanzleirechnungswesen).
  • Zahlungsabwicklung: Du führst den Zahlungsverkehr, SEPA-Lastschriften und Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen durch.
  • Reporting: Du erstellst Monatsauswertungen und arbeitest an den Kanzlei-Reports mit.
  • Abrechnung: Du erstellst und pflegst unsere Honorarabrechnungen.
  • Auftragsmanagement: Du prüfst und gibst Aufträge frei sowie überwachst offene Auftragsbestände.
  • Forderungsmanagement: Du pflegst Debitoren-Stammdaten und führst das Mahnwesen durch.
  • Kalkulation: Du kalkulierst und analysierst betriebswirtschaftlich Mandantenaufträge.
  • Organisation: Du unterstützt bei administrativen und organisatorischen kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten.

Dein Skillset:

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene steuerfachliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellte:r) oder bist bereits Steuerfachwirt:in bzw. Bilanzbuchhalter:in.
  • Weiterbildung: Du bringst idealerweise eine Fortbildung als Fachassistent:in Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse oder eine Weiterbildung als Fibutroniker:in mit.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast bereits 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung gesammelt.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise auch in der Kostenstellen-Buchhaltung.
  • DATEV: Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im DATEV-Rechnungswesen.
  • MS Office: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Digitalisierung: Du hast eine IT-Affinität und ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Prozesse.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und teamorientiert.
