Du möchtest praktische Einblicke in IT-Systeme und deren Prüfung erhalten und nicht nur Theorie lernen? Du willst verstehen, wie IT im Prüfungsalltag tatsächlich geprüft wird? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der unser Prüfungsteam bei IT-Prüfungen im Rahmen von Jahresabschlussprüfungen praxisnah unterstützt.

Dein Impact:

Mitarbeit in laufenden Prüfungen: Du unterstützt aktiv bei IT-Prüfungen im Rahmen von Jahresabschlussprüfungen und wirst in den Prüfungsprozess eingebunden. Sonstige IT-Prüfungen & regulatorische Anforderungen: Du wirkst bei sonstigen IT-Prüfungen mit, z. B. im Bereich GoBD, IT-Organisation, IT-Richtlinien sowie IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen (z. B. NIS2). Systeme & Anwendungen: Du erhältst Einblicke in ERP-Systeme, Vorsysteme und Schnittstellen und unterstützt bei der Prüfung von Systemlandschaften. Prüfungsnachweise: Du wirkst bei der Einholung, Sichtung und Dokumentation von Prüfungsnachweisen (z. B. Berechtigungslisten, Systembeschreibungen, Protokolle) mit. Dokumentation: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Prüfungsdokumentationen, Arbeitsprogrammen und Checklisten. IKS & IT-Risiken: Du hilfst bei der Identifikation und Beurteilung IT-bezogener Risiken im internen Kontrollsystem. Zusammenarbeit im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen zusammen und lernst den praktischen Prüfungsalltag aus erster Hand kennen.

Dein Skillset:

Interesse an IT & Prüfung: Du hast Interesse daran, wie IT-Systeme funktionieren und wie sie im Rahmen von Wirtschaftsprüfungen geprüft werden. Grundverständnis IT: Du verfügst über erste Kenntnisse zu IT-Systemen, Benutzer- und Berechtigungskonzepten oder hast Lust, dir dieses Wissen anzueignen. Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest genau, strukturiert und hast ein gutes Auge für Vollständigkeit und Nachvollziehbarkeit. Praxisorientiertes Denken: Du möchtest verstehen, „wie es wirklich läuft“, und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Systeme und Sachverhalte ein. Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, Fragen zu stellen und Sachverhalte verständlich zu dokumentieren. Qualifikation: Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (mindestens 3. Fachsemester), idealerweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, lernbereit und verantwortungsbewusst.
