岗位职责

  • 负责游戏内环境与场景的地编美术工作，根据策划及视觉需求搭建高品质关卡与环境氛围；
  • 整合和运用现有美术资源，合理摆放场景物件，营造具有代入感和表现力的游戏空间；
  • 优化场景资源，提升性能并保证美术品质，协助完成部分工具的简单制作或流程优化；
  • 与策划、美术、程序等多岗位协作，保障场景相关需求高效落地和完整呈现；
  • 关注游戏体验与美术效果，根据测试与反馈持续优化场景表现；
  • 跟踪行业美术发展趋势，积极总结和沉淀优秀的地编方法与流程。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏项目环境美术/场景地编相关工作经验；
  • 拥有至少半年以上Unreal Engine 5（UE5）项目场景搭建及资源整合经验，能独立完成场景布局和氛围营造；
  • 精通常用3D建模/贴图工具（如3ds Max、Maya、Blender、Substance等），具备美术基础和空间构成能力；
  • 熟悉主流引擎（如Unity等）环境搭建及资源整合流程者优先；
  • 有性能优化意识，能根据需求调整资源以提升交付品质和运行效率；
  • 具备良好沟通和协作能力，能高效协同多岗位共同推进项目目标；
  • 关注美术趋势，具备持续学习与自我驱动力。

加分项

  • 拥有一年以上Unreal Engine 5（UE5）项目场景地编经验或参与过UE5大型游戏项目者加分；
  • 熟悉PBR流程、地编工具或关卡编辑器，有相关插件或工具开发经验；
  • **英语口语流利，能阅读或编写英文技术文档。**
