我们正在寻找能够高效产出高质量角色设计，并快速融入团队流程的执行型设计师。

作为一名角色设计师（Contract），你将加入拳头，基于既定美术风格与设计方向，负责角色概念设计与细化，与原画、3D及技术团队紧密协作，确保设计具备良好的可落地性与稳定的交付质量。该岗位更侧重专业能力、执行效率与协作能力，适合具备成熟产出能力的设计师。

📌 岗位职责

角色设计执行

  • 根据既定风格与需求，完成角色设计
  • 独立完成从草图 → 细化 → 完整设定的设计流程
  • 在明确方向下进行设计延展与细节补充，保证设计质量与一致性

设计落地与支持

  • 输出清晰规范的设计稿（结构、材质、细节说明等），支持3D制作
  • 与3D角色美术、动画及TA协作，确保设计具备可实现性
  • 根据反馈快速迭代设计方案，满足制作与项目需求

规范执行与质量控制

  • 遵循项目美术风格与设计规范
  • 在设计中合理控制复杂度
  • 保持稳定的设计质量与产出节奏

协作与沟通

  • 与内部团队高效沟通，准确理解需求并快速执行
  • 根据反馈进行调整与优化
  • 在多任务环境下合理安排工作优先级

任职要求

  • 3年以上游戏角色设计经验，有完整项目经验优先
  • 扎实的美术基础（人体结构、透视、造型、色彩）
  • 具备良好的角色设计能力，能够快速适应既定风格
  • 熟练使用 Photoshop（或同类工具），具备稳定产出能力
  • 能独立完成完整设计流程（草图 → 精细设定）
  • 理解基础3D制作流程，具备“设计可落地”意识
  • 良好的执行力与时间管理能力，能在周期内稳定交付
  • 良好的沟通能力，能够高效响应反馈

加分项

  • 具备一定3D能力（辅助设计或基础结构理解）
  • 有外包项目经验或远程协作经验
  • 能适应快节奏迭代环境

作品集与材料

  • 提供2–4个角色设计案例（以完成度与执行质量为主）包含： 草图（ideation） / 设计细化（refinement） / 最终设定（final concept）
  • 强调设计完成度与落地性（非常重要）
  • 展示对风格的理解与适应能力，如有，请附带： 与3D落地对比案例
  • 商业项目或外包项目经验
