Riot’s Rotational Program serves currently enrolled Masters students who are eager to impact millions of players worldwide that engage with our games.

As a Rotational Program participant, you can expect to rotate through game product, corporate strategy and partnerships business functions. Depending on your rotation, you will gain hands-on experience across product management, analytics, business strategy, partnerships and more. The program offers mentorship, networking and career development so that you have all of the resources necessary to excel at your craft and create memorable experiences for players across the globe.

This program is designed to build a pipeline of future leaders for Riot’s Game Product Management and Corporate Strategy organizations. Throughout the program, participants will develop the strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to drive impact across Riot and help shape the future of our games and player experiences. For strategic thinkers who are also players at heart, this program is a unique opportunity to help shape Riot’s long-term direction and create lasting impact for players around the world.

Potential Responsibilities:

  • Complete two rotations across business-critical functions, including Corporate Strategy, Partnerships and Game Product Management.
  • Partner closely with business leaders in Product, Publishing and Corporate Strategy to drive progress on strategic initiatives
  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic discussions, support decision-making, and shape business recommendations.
  • Identify, structure, and solve complex business problems independently, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop recommendations across growth strategy, market analysis, operational strategy, partnerships, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives that directly impact player outcomes and business performance and position the company for long-term success.
  • Advocate for the player experience by incorporating player insights, feedback, and data into decision-making and product development.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by strengthening communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment across teams.
  • Build domain expertise through targeted training programs covering products, service delivery models, analytics, corporate strategy, and development processes.
  • Accelerate personal and professional growth through workshops focused on leadership, influence, and sustainable performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Masters or MBA Program
  • Expected to graduate in Spring 2027
  • 3+ years of professional experience working in one of the following fields: Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Product Management, Product Strategy or Partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate business issues, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building business cases, market assessments, financial models, strategic recommendations, or product/partnership analyses.
  • Available to work full time hours during the 2-year rotational program duration

Desired Qualifications:

  • Affinity for our games is highly desirable. Your work will impact the player experience of millions across the globe.
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in one of the following fields: Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Product Management, Product Strategy or Partnerships
  • Experience working in games, entertainment, consumer technology, media, sports, or another player-/consumer-focused industry.
  • Experience supporting global teams, international markets, or initiatives that serve diverse audiences across regions.
  • Experience collaborating with technical, creative, product, analytics, or engineering stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the games industry, including player behavior, live service models, monetization, publishing, esports, or digital entertainment trends.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools or methods such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, financial modeling, market sizing, cohort analysis, or experimentation.

Work Authorization:

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We do not sponsor visas for this position or conversions.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.

(Los Angeles Only) Base salary is $175,000 + incentive compensation + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
