About the role
Customer Service Analyst is responsible for handling the full spectrum of AR functionality ensuring that we receive payments according to the contract terms.
This role is a great opportunity to be part of the Borates team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Review/release orders based on credit risk analysis
- Review of credit lines based on future sales
- Reconcile customer accounts regarding short payments and cash applications
- Analyze and report on invoicing payments schedules against sales objectives
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders to improve level of services and processes to meet the business requirements maintaining a positive relationship.
- Follow-up on AR positions and payment schedules
- Execute and run reports and procedures required for month end activities
- Assisting with audit and financial queries, when required.
- Support SAP projects and enhancements for CTC process
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Degree in Business / Accounting preferred with relevant years’ AR experience
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and easily
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
