  • Minimum 5 lat praktycznego doświadczenia w rozwoju rozwiązań Salesforce, w tym wdrażaniu lub utrzymaniu Salesforce Sales Cloud w środowisku korporacyjnym.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow oraz Salesforce APIs.
  • Praktyczna znajomość funkcjonalności Sales Cloud, w szczególności zarządzania leadami, kontami, kontaktami, szansami sprzedaży, prognozowaniem oraz automatyzacją procesów sprzedażowych.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu, rozwijaniu i utrzymaniu integracji Salesforce z systemami zewnętrznymi, z wykorzystaniem REST/SOAP API, middleware lub mechanizmów zdarzeniowych.
  • Znajomość modelu danych Salesforce, architektury bezpieczeństwa, reguł udostępniania danych (sharing rules), profili i permission sets oraz dobrych praktyk projektowania rozwiązań.
  • Umiejętność samodzielnej analizy wymagań biznesowych, projektowania rozwiązań technicznych i współpracy z interesariuszami w środowisku Agile; mile widziane certyfikaty Salesforce oraz doświadczenie z CI/CD i wdrożeniami globalnymi.
  • Rozwijanie, rozbudowa i utrzymanie rozwiązań Salesforce z wykorzystaniem Apex, LWC, SOQL i Salesforce Flow.
  • Konfiguracja i optymalizacja funkcjonalności Sales Cloud, obejmujących zarządzanie leadami, kontami, kontaktami, szansami sprzedaży, procesami sprzedażowymi i prognozowaniem.
  • Projektowanie i automatyzacja procesów sprzedażowych, w tym konwersji leadów, obsługi szans sprzedaży, procesów akceptacyjnych i zarządzania pipeline'em.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie niestandardowych obiektów, pól, układów stron, reguł walidacji oraz automatyzacji procesów biznesowych.
  • Projektowanie, rozwijanie i diagnozowanie integracji Salesforce z systemami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi z wykorzystaniem REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC) oraz rozwiązań middleware.
  • Analizowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych, tworzenie testów jednostkowych oraz udział w przeglądach technicznych, testach systemowych, zarządzaniu wydaniami i wdrożeniach, z uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa, wydajności i spójności danych.
