Lokalizacja: zespół spotyka się w biurze w Łodzi średnio 1-2x w miesiącu

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (analityk systemowy, projektant procesów, programista BPMS lub konsultant workflow).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z platformami BPMS, takimi jak UniFlow, Ferryt, Camunda lub rozwiązaniami o podobnym charakterze.
  • Znajomość notacji BPMN oraz UML.
  • Znajomość przynajmniej jednego języka programowania.
  • Praktyczna znajomość HTML i CSS.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego i logicznego myślenia oraz rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętność modelowania procesów biznesowych i dokumentowania wymagań.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z biznesem oraz zespołami IT.
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej oraz efektywnej komunikacji.
  • Samodzielność, zaangażowanie i inicjatywa w działaniu.
  • Nastawienie na optymalizację procesów i poszukiwanie usprawnień.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację.

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość XML, XSLT i SQL.
  • Znajomość relacyjnych baz danych i zagadnień integracji systemów.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy zgodnie z metodyką Scrum.
  • Znajomość narzędzi Jira, Confluence oraz Splunk.
  • Znajomość zagadnień UI/UX i Design Thinking.
  • Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym lub bankowym.
  • Znajomość produktów bankowych i ubezpieczeniowych.
  • Znajomość narzędzi AI wspierających rozwój oprogramowania i analizę systemową (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Codex).
  • Gromadzenie, analiza i specyfikowanie wymagań biznesowych na etapie inicjowania oraz realizacji projektów związanych z rozwojem systemów informatycznych.
