Aufgaben als Betriebsleiter (m/w/d)

  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Gäste vor Ort
  • Sie sind für das Bestellwesen, Inventuren sowie die Personaleinsatzplanung zuständig
  • Sie sorgen für eine sehr hohe Kunden- und Gästezufriedenheit sowie eine maximale Umsatz- und Leistungssteigerung
  • Sie verantworten den Wareneinsatz, die Personalkosten und das zugehörige Reporting
  • Sie führen und motivieren die Mitarbeiter

Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten als Betriebsleiter (m/w/d)

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • freundliche und charismatische Persönlichkeit
  • Spaß an der Arbeit und am Umgang mit Gästen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse wünschenswert
