Die Stelle ist ab sofort in Vollzeit/Festanstellung zu besetzen.

Die Unternehmensgruppe mit Hauptsitz in Kirchheim bei München beschäftigt rund 650 Mitarbeiter und unterhält mehrere Standorte, die eine länderübergreifend gleichbleibend hohe Qualität beim Bau von individuellen Löschanlagen garantieren.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse am Standort
  • Vermittlung Deines Wissens in Schulungen und Workshops remote sowie vor Ort an unseren Standorten
  • Fachlich-technischer Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeitenden und Stake Holders
  • Identifizierung neuer Potentiale und Optimierungen mit dem Mut auch mal etwas auszuprobieren
  • Stetiger Ausbau von Wissen und Expertise im Bereich Kundenservice, Produktion und Logistik

Das ist Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung mit Business Central – Digitalisierungsprojekten notwendig
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS365
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Analytics-Software „Qlik“ sind von Vorteil
  • Fundiertes Prozessverständnis sowie Kenntnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und der IT sind von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation in Deutsch (Wort & Schrift – mind. C1 Niveau), sicheres Auftreten und Kundenorientierung
