Kommen Sie in unser Team und unterstützen Sie uns mit Ihrem Engagement und Ihrer Expertise am Standort Cottbus (03050)

  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie weiterführende Qualifikationen im Personalbereich.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit, vorzugsweise mit erster Führungserfahrung.
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in allen HR-Prozessen entlang des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus.
  • Sie vereinen strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein wertschätzender Umgang zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die technologische und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung der IT Abteilung
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines 4-köpfigen Teams der IT-Operations und sind damit gleichzeitig erster Ansprechpartner, Coach und Kommunikator in allen IT Belangen
  • Sie stellen die erfolgreiche und transparente Umsetzung von IT-Projekten in den kaufmännischen und technischen Bereichen sicher.
  • Sie verantworten den reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur, der Anwendungen sowie den IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards
  • Sie fördern die Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Sie erstellen und verantworten das IT-Budget und dessen Einhaltung
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung der betrieblichen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen an den Datenschutz sicher
  • Sie berichten über IT-relevante Themen direkt an die Geschäftsführung
