IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Aufbau der kompletten Logistikorganisation für einen neuen Produktionsstandort
  • Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung aller internen und externen Materialflussprozesse
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Versorgung der Produktion
  • Verantwortung für Wareneingang, Lagerwirtschaft, Kommissionierung, Werkslogistik und Versand
  • Steuerung von Transport- und Speditionsdienstleistern sowie Optimierung der Transportkosten
  • Sicherstellung der Inventur- und Bestandsgenauigkeit sowie Einhaltung definierter KPIs
  • Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung des gesamten Logistikteams
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Implementierung eines modernen Führungsverständnisses (Lean Leadership, Coaching, Empowerment)
  • Planung von Ressourcen, Budgets und Personaleinsatz
  • Einführung von Lean-Logistik-Methoden (z. B. 5S, Kanban, Milk Run, Shopfloor-Management)
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
  • Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten und Skalierung der Logistik mit dem Produktionswachstum
  • Verantwortlich für Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Position
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position im Bereich Produktionslogistik, idealerweise in einem Greenfield- oder Transformationsprojekt
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Logistik, Materialflussplanung und Logistiksystemen
  • Berechtigungsschein für Flurförderfahrzeuge
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeiten mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP WM / MM)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Polnischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Umsetzungskompetenz sowie souveränes Projektmanagement
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit operativer Stärke
  • Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und sicherer Umgang mit internen wie externen Stakeholdern
  • Selbstständige, effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Teambildung, Planung und Entscheidungsfindung
  • ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten umzugehen
