Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kundenakquise: Du gewinnst eigenständig Neukunden in den zugewiesenen Industriegebieten und baust dir deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Du pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und bist Ihr erster Ansprechpartner.
  • Beratung: Du präsentierst und verkaufst unsere Dienstleistungen im Bereich Employer Branding und Personalmarketing und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
  • Strategieumsetzung: Du planst und setzt Vertriebsstrategien um, um unsere Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
  • Marktbeobachtung: Du analysierst den Markt und den Wettbewerb, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und unser Angebot kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Reporting: Du berichtest regelmäßig an das Team in Cottbus und stimmst dich eng mit deinen Kollegen ab.

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Außendienst oder Key-Account-Management mit (z.B. als Vertriebsbeauftragter (m/w/d), Account Manager (m/w/d), Key Account Manager (m/w/d), Sales Manager (m/w/d), Kundenberater im Außendienst (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar), idealerweise im Personalmarketing, Headhunting oder einer verwandten Branche.
  • Selbstständigkeit: Du bist hochmotiviert, eigeninitiativ und kannst selbstständig arbeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und kannst Kunden begeistern.
  • Technikaffinität: Du gehst sicher mit CRM-Systemen und gängigen Office-Anwendungen um.
  • Führerschein: Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und hast Freude daran, mit dem Firmenwagen unterwegs zu sein.
