Für unseren Kunden, die ASK Metallurgy GmbH, suchen wir in Direktvermittlung einen Leiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d) für den Standort in 84579 Unterneukirchen. Dieses Unternehmen produziert und vertreibt mit ca. 230 Mitarbeitern metallurgische Vorlegierungen, Impfmittel, Fülldrähte und andere Hilfsstoffe für Eisengießereien weltweit.

Die Stelle ist ab sofort in Vollzeit/Festanstellung zu besetzen.

Darauf hast du Lust

  • Planung, Koordination und Optimierung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen für Maschinen, Anlagen und Betriebstechnik, einschließlich vorbeugender Wartung.
  • Führung und Organisation des Instandhaltungsteams (ca. 20 Mitarbeiter) aus Mechanik und Elektrik sowie des Magazins.
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Budgetverantwortung: Erstellung des jährlichen Investitionsbudgets und Überwachung des Instandhaltungsbudgets.
  • Fremdfirmen- und Anbieterkoordination: Kontakt, Auftragsvergabe und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern.
  • Leitung von Projekten mit Fokus auf Kostenkontrolle, Investitionen und technische Änderungen.
  • Optimierung der Instandhaltungskosten und Sicherstellung energieeffizienter Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder verwandte Disziplinen.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der Instandhaltung eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise in der Industrie.
  • Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit: Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten.
  • Technische und organisatorische Skills: Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • IT- und Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP, sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
