Die Ritter von Gral GmbH suchen engagierte Recruiter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Cottbus. Du übernimmst du die aktive Suche und Ansprache von passenden Kandidat:innen für unsere Kundenprojekte. Dabei begleitest du den gesamten Recruitingprozess – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Dein Erfolg zahlt sich doppelt aus: Denn durch gelungene Besetzungen baust du nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und generierst eigenständig Folgeaufträge.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du identifizierst und kontaktierst aktiv passende Kandidat:innen über Netzwerke, Datenbanken und soziale Medien
  • Du führst Interviews und betreust Kandidat:innen über den gesamten Prozess hinweg
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und verstehst genau, welche Talente sie brauchen
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und nutzt deine Besetzungen, um neue Aufträge zu gewinnen
  • Du pflegst dein Netzwerk und baust dir einen belastbaren Talent- und Kundenpool auf

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im Bereich Active Sourcing
  • Begeisterung für den direkten Austausch mit Menschen
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedarfe und Talent-Potenziale
  • Vertriebsaffinität, Zielorientierung und Eigeninitiative
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
