Die Ritter von Gral GmbH sucht ab sofort einen engagierten Werkstudenten / Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Bereich Social Media Management und Content Creation für unseren Standort in Cottbus. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Onlinepräsenz (Homepage, Firmenpräsenzen auf Branchenportalen/Social-Media) sowie Betreuung der Social-Media Auftritte und Community Management
  • Planung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von mediengerecht aufbereitetem Content (Video, Bild, Grafik, Text für Webseiten, Newsletter, Social-Media, etc.)
  • Tracking, Evaluation und Reporting von Social-Media-Kampagnen und fortlaufende Optimierung der Performance auf Basis von KPIs
  • kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie themenrelevante Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Durchführung von Online-Kommunikations-/Vertriebskampagnen

Was wir erwarten:

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d). Gerne im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbar – muss aber nicht.
  • Deine Motivation und persönlichen Kenntnisse zeichnen dich aus. Kreative und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Gespür für Trends, Lingo und Themen im Social-Media-Bereich.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Eigenständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
