💼 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

· Recepcionar e atender os hóspedes com cordialidade, atenção e hospitalidade;

· Realizar os procedimentos de check-in e check-out, conferindo documentos, reservas e eventuais despesas;

· Atender ligações telefônicas e prestar informações sobre reservas, serviços e funcionamento do hotel;

· Realizar reservas de hospedagem, restaurantes e demais serviços oferecidos;

· Orientar os hóspedes sobre os serviços disponíveis no hotel e os atrativos da região;

· Administrar solicitações, alterações, cancelamentos e disponibilidades de quartos;

· Atender dúvidas, solicitações e reclamações, buscando soluções adequadas e satisfatórias;

· Manter o balcão e o ambiente da recepção organizados;

· Trabalhar em conjunto com os setores de Governança, Restaurante e demais equipes, garantindo um atendimento integrado;

· Participar de treinamentos e reuniões internas, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos serviços.

Requisitos:

· Ensino médio completo;

· Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office;

· Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

· Disponibilidade para trabalhar em diferentes horários e escalas.
