Role Summary The EHS Co-ordinator supports the EHS Non Manufacturing team to achieve EHS compliance by accomplishing tasks and supporting activities across R&D, Commercial, Charging and Workplace operations. Reporting to the EHS Manager, this role serves as a key resource in managing EHS initiatives, tracking compliance activities, supporting EHS communications, programs and training. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams - including Service, R&D, Workplace, Charging, Security, Risk/Insurance, Facilities/Maintenance - to implement safety programs, enhance site safety performance, and support company-wide EHS objectives. Responsibilities Support incident and Blind Spot reporting process by tracking open cases, requesting case updates from managers or the clinic and liaising with EHS team Routinely audits Serenity case documentation to ensure timely closure, omission of confidential information (PII or PHI), and specificity for recordable thresholds. Coordinate permit information and track status of new applications and renewals Support annual compilation of OSHA logs including distribution to sites and evidence of posting in the workplace Support development and implementation of routine workplace and equipment inspections, assisting with tracking of compliance across all sites Develop and monitor compliance tracking system Support recordkeeping and document management at local site level Creation and distribution of EHS launch packs to new sites Monitor compliance with EHS training programs Annual review and update of LOTO program material Supporting EHS initiatives, collaborations with operational teams and key communication channels e.g. EHS Basecamp Engage and guide others to assess risk and identify hazards. Support purchasing activities using the company procurement platform Other tasks as needed to support the Environment, Health & Safety team including manufacturing and construction EHS initiatives. Qualifications Working knowledge of OSHA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of using Google office or similar IT products Problem solving skills in a high-pressure environment Must be self-motivated and organized Demonstrated prior work experience relevant to this position Preferred: Bachelors Degree in EHS or similar related area of study Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $71,000 - $88,800 for Atlanta, GA based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
