Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Provide product and service information to customers

- Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues

- Maintain and update customer database and records

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction

- Assist in organizing and participating in customer events or promotions

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

- Previous experience in customer service or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
