Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-centric and tech-savvy Live Chat Specialist to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Create a positive and efficient customer experience by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues.

- Utilize product knowledge and resources to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

- Continuously improve upon customer service skills and product knowledge to provide top-notch service.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the online retail industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging in live chat conversations.

- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online chat platforms and web-based applications.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
