  • Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce metrics, identify trends and risks, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Ability to develop actionable forecasts, dashboards, KPIs, reports, and recommendations that improve utilization and operational effectiveness.
  • Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to establish credibility across the firm.
  • Knowledge of professional-services metrics, including utilization, productivity, realization, leverage, and capacity, preferred.
  • Proficiency in ProStaff or similar resource-planning systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data-visualization tools preferred.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement and change-management initiatives that strengthen resource strategy, processes, reporting, data quality, and technology adoption.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability.

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, operations, finance, analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • Typically requires seven or more years of progressive experience in resource management, workforce planning, capacity planning, scheduling, operations analysis, talent planning, or a related function, preferably within a professional-services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to align workforce capacity, staffing decisions, and resource plans with operational priorities and utilization goals.
  • Experience analyzing workforce trends and developing forecasts, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Experience with workforce scheduling, resource-planning, or professional-services automation tools, such as ProStaff, preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, visualization, or business-intelligence tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, operational transformation, change management, or workforce-tool implementation preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in workforce planning, project management, analytics, human resources, or operations preferred but not required.

Work Conditions

  • This role may experience high levels of stress due to strategic importance and tight deadlines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
