RLC Outsourcing is a fast-growing HR Outsourcing services provider based in Bangkok, Thailand. We help international companies expand in Thailand by managing compliance, payroll, work permits, and visas for their employees, removing the complexity of setting up a legal entity. As our company has been growing rapidly over the past years, we're developing our marketing organization to better manage sales opportunities and leads.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Delivery: Oversee the processing of monthly employee payroll, including complex calculations for multi-national clients.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure absolute accuracy in calculating benefits, deductions, bonuses, and tax filings in strict compliance with Thai labor laws.
  • Client Advisory: Act as the point of escalation for complex client inquiries regarding compensation, taxes, and social security.
  • Strategic Admin: Liaise with clients to provide superior staff outsourcing and strategic HR advisory.
  • Data Privacy: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.

Desirable and Beneficial Knowledge and Experience

  • Automation: Audit existing payroll workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions using AI tools, advanced Excel or Automation stack tools.
  • Systems Transition: Lead the transition from manual timesheet collection to integrated, automated tracking systems.
  • Standardization: Develop standardized "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) for payroll delivery across the RLC Group.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in payroll/HR operations.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert level in MS Excel and Payroll/HRM software.
  • Traits: Extreme attention to detail and a proactive "growth mindset."
