  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents through patience, understanding, consistency, and positive interactions.
  • Utilize person-centered dementia care approaches to support residents experiencing memory loss, confusion, or changes in behavior.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to residents' changing needs, moods, and behaviors, using redirection, reassurance, and other supportive techniques.
  • Encourage resident participation in meaningful activities, social engagement, and daily routines that promote purpose and connection.
  • Create positive experiences through everyday interactions, recognizing that even the smallest moments can make a big difference.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
  • Complete required documentation, reporting, and communication in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition, medication needs, and supply concerns to the RN or appropriate leadership.
  • Follow infection control practices, resident rights, vulnerable adult protection policies, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
