- Track and analyze department KPIs, including response time, ticket processing, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution, and use the data to make quick decisions that keep the team on target.

- Manage the Customer Success Team operating budget, monitoring labor, overtime, and supply costs and finding cost-efficiency opportunities.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend changes to policies, procedures, and workflows.

- Develop and implement customer support best practices and continuous improvement strategies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
