DIE ROLLE – DEINE LEIDENSCHAFT

- Standortentwicklung: Gemeinsam mit den zentralen Fachabteilungen und deinem Team baust du unseren Standort auf und stellst sicher, dass das Tagesgeschäft reibungslos läuft.

- Prozessoptimierung: Du setzt bestehende Standards um und entwickelst sie weiter, bringst eigene Ideen ein – z. B. bei Fahrzeugübergaben und -rücknahmen.

- Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit roadsurfer-Teams in anderen Ländern zusammen und verbesserst Prozesse kontinuierlich.

- Teamführung: Du führst dein Team mit Empathie, klarer Kommunikation und einer unterstützenden Haltung, die Klarheit schafft, Leistung fördert und Wachstum ermöglicht.

- Recruiting: Du baust dein Team auf und findest Talente, die deine Begeisterung teilen.

- Flottenmanagement: Du behältst den Überblick über die Fahrzeugflotte, sorgst für deren Zustand und koordinierst lokale Servicepartner.

- Kundenberatung: Du kennst unsere Produkte und berätst Kund:innen kompetent, damit sie als glückliche roadsurfer unterwegs sind.

WAS DU BRAUCHST, UM MIT UNS AUF EINER WELLE ZU SURFEN

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in einem relevanten Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Mindestens 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Autovermietung, Tourismus oder ähnlichen Bereichen – Quereinsteiger:innen willkommen

- Erste Erfahrung in Teamführung ist ein Plus – Wichtiger ist, dass du empathisch kommunizierst und ein Arbeitsumfeld gestaltest, das Klarheit schafft, Entwicklung fördert und deinen Mitarbeitenden ermöglicht, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln.

- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine offene und freundliche Art

- Pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Führerschein Klasse B

Dein Gehalt

Wir ❤️ Transparenz. Das Gehaltsband für diese Position liegt zwischen 37.000 EUR und 40.000 EUR brutto jährlich. Wir führen aktuell Gehaltsbänder in unseren Stellenbeschreibungen ein, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeitenden fair behandelt werden. Sobald wir uns im Bewerbungsprozess besser kennenlernen und deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen noch genauer einschätzen können, finden wir gemeinsam heraus, welche Stufe innerhalb des Gehaltsbands am besten zu dir passt. In einem jährlichen Feedbackgespräch wird dein Gehalt mindestens einmal im Jahr überprüft.
