Du möchtest HR nicht nur aus dem Hörsaal kennen, sondern echte Verantwortung übernehmen? Als Werkstudent*in HR Operations bist du mittendrin: Du begleitest Talente von der ersten Bewerbung bis zum ersten Arbeitstag und sorgst dafür, dass unser HR-Alltag rund läuft. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem People & Organisation Team zusammen und bist für viele KollegInnen eine wichtige Ansprechperson. Statt Routine erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Mischung aus Organisation, Kommunikation und Menschen. Du bekommst Einblick in alle Facetten der Personalarbeit, kannst eigene Ideen einbringen und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie roastmarket als Arbeitgeber wächst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du pflegst Personalakten und Stammdaten in unserem HR-System und hältst sie aktuell.
  • Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnisse.
  • Du unterstützt beim On- und Offboarding, von der Vorbereitung des ersten Arbeitstags bis zur Abmeldung.
  • Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenanzeigen auf den passenden Kanälen.
  • Du sichtest Bewerbungen, nimmst Kontakt mit den Kandidat*innen auf und koordinierst Termine mit Bewerber*innen und Fachbereichen.
  • Du arbeitest in HR-Projekten, wie z.B. Mitarbeiterbefragungen mit und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen.
  • Du unterstützt im Bereich Office Management.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit, um uns zu unterstützen.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich, z.B. aus einem Praktikum, sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen To Do's den Überblick.
  • Vertrauen ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Mit sensiblen Daten gehst Du diskret und verantwortungsvoll um.
