Als Werkstudent*in unterstützt Du unser Performance Marketing Team dabei, Traffic und Umsatz für unsere Webshops in Deutschland und Europa zu generieren. Bei uns optimierst Du unsere Werbeaktivitäten durch smarte Analysen sowie Testing und sorgst für maximale Sichtbarkeit. Deine Mission: Du steuerst zielgenaue Kampagnen und entwickelst performante Creatives. So finden Kaffeegenießer durch Deine Anzeigen genau ihren Lieblingskaffee!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kampagnen-Management: Du unterstützt beim Setup und Steuerung von Werbekampagnen über alle relevanten Performance-Kanäle hinweg (Fokus auf Google Ads und Meta Ads).
  • Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting: Du wertest unsere Advertising-Kanäle fundiert aus, unterstützt bei der Datenaufbereitung für Reportings und erstellst diese idealerweise auch selbständig.
  • Ad Copy & Creatives: Du kreierst klickstarke Anzeigentexte und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung ansprechender Creatives, um unsere Produkte perfekt in Szene zu setzen.
  • Internationaler Rollout: Du hilfst dabei, unsere erfolgreichen Kampagnenstrukturen für unsere internationalen europäischen Shops zu adaptieren und zu steuern.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung und hast neben dem Studium 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit für uns.
  • Du hattest bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Online Marketing und hast idealerweise schon im Google Ads Manager, Meta Werbeanzeigenmanager oder mit Google Analytics gearbeitet.
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen zeichnet dich aus - Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen und KPIs.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, was unsere Endkunden bewegt, und weißt, wie man dies visuell und textlich in Kampagnen übersetzt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, bist aber gleichzeitig ein echter Teamplayer.
