Robert Half is op zoek naar een Commerciële Binnendienst Medewerker (m/v/x).

Onze klant is gelegen in Oudenaarde en is een internationale en groeiende onderneming actief in producten die bijdragen aan welzijn en gezondheid.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Binnen het commerciële team krijg je de kans om niet alleen klanten te ondersteunen, maar ook actief mee te bouwen aan een meer commerciële en proactieve klantenservice.

Rol

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt inkomende en uitgaande orders nauwkeurig op.
  • Je stelt offertes op en begeleidt het traject van aanvraag tot levering.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert transporten.
  • Je ondersteunt het voorraadbeheer en bewaakt de correctheid van gegevens in de systemen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen.
  • Je bouwt actief aan duurzame klantrelaties en fungeert als een betrouwbare gesprekspartner.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en detecteert opportuniteiten voor upselling en cross-selling.
  • Je neemt een proactieve rol op binnen customer service en draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van een commercieel en klantgericht team.
  • Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van processen en dienstverlening om de klanttevredenheid verder te verhogen.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen customer service of commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je combineert een sterke administratieve basis met een uitgesproken commerciële mindset.
  • Je hebt ervaring met orderverwerking, klantenopvolging en voorraadbeheer.
  • Ervaring met CRM- en ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans; kennis van het Duits is een bijkomende troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in commercieel klantcontact.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt proactief.
  • Je hebt de ambitie en het groeipotentieel om mee vorm te geven aan een commercieelere en meer proactieve customer service-afdeling.
