The posting

Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Junior Treasury Accountant / Treasury Reporting Controller (m/v/x) voor een internationale organisatie met een innovatieve en dynamische werkomgeving.

Onze klant is actief in een omgeving waar technologie, logistiek en financiële expertise samenkomen. In deze rol maak je deel uit van het finance team en ondersteun je de dagelijkse treasuryactiviteiten. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan een efficiëntere financiële werking en processen verder te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als AP Accountant sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het verwerken en boeken van leveranciersfacturen;
  • Het controleren van inkomende facturen op correctheid;
  • Het matchen van facturen met bestelbonnen;
  • Het opvolgen van de verschillende goedkeuringsprocessen;
  • Het voorbereiden van betalingsvoorstellen;
  • Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van de afsluiting;
  • De voorbereiding van de maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen;
  • Het opvolgen en verwerken van overlopende rekeningen;
  • Het uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties;
  • Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van gegevens in het kader van de btw-verplichtingen. Je ondersteunt hierbij, maar bent niet zelf verantwoordelijk voor de btw-aangifte.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance of een gelijkaardige richting;
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen accounting, treasury of een financiële functie;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent zelfstandig ingesteld en neemt graag initiatief;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Kennis van het Nederlands en/of ervaring in een internationale omgeving is een pluspunt.
