Voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf in Zwijndrecht zoeken we een gedreven Operations Planner die graag vooruitdenkt en de touwtjes in handen neemt. Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, schakel je vlot tussen verschillende prioriteiten en klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende carrièrestap!

Jouw takenpakket als Operations Planner:

  • Je vertaalt klantorders, forecasts, voorraadniveaus en beschikbare productiecapaciteit naar een efficiënte en haalbare productieplanning.
  • Je maakt productieorders en batches aan en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming met de afdeling Productie.
  • Je volgt de forecasts en de voortgang van de productieplanning nauwgezet op, detecteert afwijkingen en stuurt tijdig bij waar nodig.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat afgewerkte producten, grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen steeds in de juiste hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je anticipeert op tekorten en overtollige voorraden en waakt over de opvolging van verouderde en niet-conforme stock.
  • Je coördineert mee de introductie van nieuwe materialen en de geleidelijke uitfasering van bestaande materialen.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert de plannings- en materiaalgegevens in SAP en draagt bij aan het opstellen en verbeteren van procedures en werkinstructies.
  • Je stemt operationele knelpunten af met de verschillende betrokken teams en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties in de productieplanning, processen en het voorraadbeheer.

Het ideale profiel als Operations Planner:

  • Je hebt een bachelor op zak in logistiek, supply chain, bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante richting. Relevante ervaring kan uiteraard ook tellen!
  • Je kent SAP door en door
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Frans of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt al ervaring opgebouwd binnen planning, productie of supply chain.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en weet ook bij wisselende prioriteiten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je ziet werk liggen, neemt graag initiatief en gaat uitdagingen oplossingsgericht aan. Afwijkingen? Die maak je bespreekbaar!
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, schakelt vlot tussen verschillende teams en haalt energie uit samenwerken.
