📣 Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Analista de Gestión del Conocimiento y Enablement para sumarse al área de Knowledge Management, dentro del equipo de Tecnología de uno de nuestros clientes.

Acompañamos a una empresa SaaS global en expansión, referente en soluciones que ayudan a equipos de producto, soporte y operaciones a documentar, centralizar y escalar conocimiento de manera inteligente.

📌Funciones del puesto:

  • Gestionar los tres onboardings: empleados, clientes y partners.
  • Comunicar a clientes las funcionalidades nuevas y optimizaciones, en conjunto con Marketing.
  • Crear cápsulas de aprendizaje para la plataforma de e-learning (uso interno y para clientes).
  • Administrar la plataforma de e-learning y dar seguimiento al avance por perfil con tableros.
  • Coordinar sesiones de capacitación presenciales y sincrónicas.
  • Mantener la base de conocimiento en Notion y automatizar procesos con IA y agentes para escalar el output del área.
  • Go-to-market interno de funcionalidades estratégicas (tercer pilar del rol).

📌Experiencia excluyente:

  • Uso real de IA, no teórico: que haya hecho el clic en los últimos 1,5 a 2 años y use Claude y Gemini con fluidez.
  • Capacidad de reemplazar el output de un equipo grande con agentes y automatización.
  • Notion: uso fluido, es cerca del 80% del stack de trabajo.
  • Gestión del conocimiento real, idealmente en empresas SaaS.
  • Administración de plataformas de e-learning (Moodle o similar).
  • Coordinación de capacitaciones presenciales y sincrónicas.
  • Aproximadamente 3 años de experiencia efectiva.
  • Deseable: go-to-market interno. Es el pilar más prescindible si el perfil es fuerte en los otros dos.

  • Proactividad y autonomía: que no dependa de otros equipos para avanzar.
  • Curiosidad y persistencia.
  • Criterio para priorizar y decidir.
  • Buena relación con otros equipos: autónomo, pero sin confrontar.
