Support development or adaptation and rollout of relevant technical tools and guidelines to meet operational needs.
  • Strengthening of capacities: Support National Societies in assessing technical capacity needs, and in designing and implementing capacity-strengthening plans, including trainings, coaching, mentoring, and technical supervision.
  • Program monitoring and evaluation: Support planning and undertaking of assessments, baselines, endlines, reviews and evaluations, and monitoring of MHPSS interventions.
  • Advocacy: In close collaboration with relevant humanitarian diplomacy (HD) colleagues, contribute to DRC’s policy influencing, advocacy and HD efforts on MHPSS in humanitarian settings.
  • Resource mobilisation: Support proposal development by contributing to the design and quality assurance of MHPSS components in the project proposals that align with donor requirements and organisational goals and priorities.
  • Partnerships and collaboration: Foster thematic partnerships and joint MHPSS initiatives within the RCRC Movement and with external stakeholders.
  • Surge deployments: Undertake MHPSS surge/deployments in support of DRC bi-lateral operations and wider RCRC Movement responses, including multilateral deployments with the ICRC and the IFRC.

You have sound technical, strategy and advisory skills within community-based MHPSS in humanitarian settings and migration. You have proven experience developing and adapting technical guidance, tools and training materials, as well as designing and facilitating capacity-development initiatives for staff and volunteers of partner organisations.

You have experience supporting assessments, technical reviews, evaluations, and the development of quality assurance processes for community-based MHPSS interventions. You are an excellent facilitator and communicator with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. You work collaboratively, are well organised, and are able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
