The posting

Auto Parts Driver | Shawnee, KS

Behind every repair shop with the right part on the shelf is a driver who got it there. That's this job: steady evening work, a weekly paycheck, and training to add a Hazmat endorsement if you don't have one yet.

THE SCHEDULE

You'll work either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. Shifts start late in the afternoon or at night.

THE PAY

Activity-based pay, so the more you drive, the more you earn. You'll make $0.558 per mile plus $22.00 per stop, paid weekly. Drivers average about $82,400 a year.

THE WORK

You'll deliver auto parts in dry vans to a dedicated retail customer. At each stop, you unload using a lift gate and an electric pallet jack. The truck is a new automatic late-model Freightliner.

NO HAZMAT YET? NO PROBLEM

Hazmat is required for the role, but the company will train you and help you earn the endorsement, as long as you start the process when you're hired.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Valid Class A CDL

- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years

- 22 years or older

- Clean background and safety record (we'll go over this on your call)

- A profile created in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse

- English language proficiency
