Regional Flex Driver: Houston, TX

Want a job that pays well and keeps you moving? This is a travel role covering for dedicated retail accounts, filling in for vacations, absences and gaps across different locations.

What you’ll earn

  • $105,000+ a year, paid weekly
  • $43 per hour, plus $25 per day in per diem when you travel
  • Travel costs are on us, including rental car fuel and baggage fees

What the schedule looks like

  • 5 to 6 days a week, usually 50 to 60 hours
  • Home every other week as needed, with stretches of two to three weeks on the road
  • Heavy travel, so you’ll need to live within 50 miles of a major airport

The work

  • Late-model day cabs or sleepers, depending on the assignment
  • Dry vans and reefers
  • Tailgate pallets with a powerlift manual pallet jack, with some driver unloading

What you’ll need

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
  • 22 or older
  • No more than 3 moving violations and 1 preventable DOT recordable accident in the past 3 years
  • Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire
