Earn an average of $1,800–$2,100 per week during your first year hauling dedicated grocery freight from Lansing, MI. Enjoy mostly drop-and-hook, no-touch freight, weekend mileage incentives, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Pay Details & Schedule

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$2,100
  • Estimated Annual Pay: $93,600–$109,200, based on 52 weeks
  • Mileage Pay: $0.63 CPM
  • Weekend Mileage Pay: $0.88 CPM
  • Production Bonus: Additional $0.10 CPM when driving more than 2,000 miles per week
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
  • Pay Increases: Available over the first 7 years
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly
  • Workweek: 5 days with 2 consecutive days off
  • Available Schedules: Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, and Tuesday–Saturday
  • Various start times, with additional weekend schedules available
  • Regional Coverage: 6-state operating area

Job Details

  • Dedicated regional grocery delivery account
  • Starting location: Lansing, MI
  • Haul grocery products in dry van trailers
  • Approximately 95% drop-and-hook freight
  • No-touch freight
  • Operate newer-model Freightliner trucks
  • Drivers running approximately 2,500 miles per week, including weekends, can earn $2,000+ weekly

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
  • No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
  • FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hiring
  • Must meet federal English-language proficiency requirements
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No SAP drivers
  • Additional qualifications may apply
