Pay & Earnings

  • Average weekly pay: $1,625
  • Top weekly pay: $1,650
  • Average annual pay: $84,500
  • Top annual pay: $85,800
  • Mileage-based pay
  • Safe and on-time mileage bonus

Schedule & Home Time

  • Work 6 days followed by 2 days off
  • Drivers can typically get home every other day
  • Day and night driving schedules available
  • Weekend work required
  • Approximately 1,700 miles per week
  • Mountain routes may involve a two-day run
  • 24/7 support staff available

Routes & Freight

  • Dedicated Kroger grocery account
  • Routes primarily through Colorado, southern Wyoming, and eastern Utah
  • Approximately 6 loads and 13 stops per week
  • Live unload and drop-and-hook operations
  • No-touch freight

Equipment

  • New 2025-model trucks
  • Automatic transmissions
  • Automatic tire chains for mountain driving

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No SAP drivers
